Manual Check-in
When a new visitor arrives, can register the visitor in numerous ways. The building personnel can gather necessary information, utilizing a Driver’s License scanner or manual entry into the MySmartGuard+ application software. This process can also be done without an attendant, with visitors filling in their information at the kiosk or tablet running MySmartGuard+. This process generates a unique QR Code which the visitor receives via text, email or is printed onto a label. The host subsequently receives a notification on their computer or phone indicating the arrival of their visitor in their premises.

Visitors can register for an appointment off-premises by using MySmartGuard+. This requires the host to post a QR code leading to the self-registration portal onto their website or send it through their communication. If the host approves the appointment, a QR code or PIN confirming the appointment is sent to the visitor by text or email. The visitor shows this at their appointment to confirm their registration, and the host receives a notification.

Delivery Assistance
MySmartGuard+ assists delivery personnel in their drop-offs. When a delivery arrives at the premises, the delivery person can select the employee’s name from a drop-down menu, on the kiosk and take a photo of the package or mail. The employee then gets an email or text notification that their package has arrived, alongside the picture.
