This requires the host to post a QR code leading to the self-registration portal onto their website or send it through their communication. If the host approves the appointment, a QR code or PIN confirming the appointment is sent to the visitor by text or email. The visitor shows this at their appointment to confirm their registration, and the host receives a notification.
